We use Federal Express for all of our shipments.
OVERNIGHT delivery is mandatory for any perishable products such as:

Smoked Fish
Cream Cheese and Spreads and
Fish Salads

OVERNIGHT Delivery is divided into two delivery times:

Priority: guaranteed by 10:30am (local time)
Standard: guaranteed by 3:00pm (local time)

Remember to "release the signature" on the package if you may not be home for delivery, and you believe it is safe enough to leave the package outside your front door.
